About SDREB

The Simcoe & District Real Estate Board is a not-for-profit professional association that opened its doors in April of 1959.
The Board has over 130+ local REALTOR® members. Our members serve both residential and commercial real estate.
The Simcoe & District Real Estate Board is under the guidance and leadership of a volunteer Board of Directors.
The Directors are all active REALTOR® members of SDREB.

The board office is located at 191 Queensway West in the Town of Simcoe within Norfolk County.

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Not including Stat Holidays. Office Closed for lunch 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
