SDREB Jurisdictional Information

Our Board office is located in the Town of Simcoe in Norfolk County.

The Simcoe & District Real Estate Board jurisdictional area laid out by OREA includes a large portion of Norfolk County and a small portion of Haldimand County.

Our Real Estate Board covers a very diverse and extensive area.

Within our jurisdictional boundaries, there is everything from Carolinian forests to vacant land, farms, cottages, and Lake Front. Predominantly the area covered is rural with outcroppings of urban living centers, and just to make it more interesting throw in a splash of commercial and industrial real estate.
